These BH boys are getting more deadly by the day.

The Army already gave information about the poisoned rivers, these herdsmen should be wise enough to make provisions such as digging wells.

With out forensic evidence, they just concluded it was the water, what if it was the grass they grazed on and it counter reacted with water, earlier this week we have seen an allergic reaction that comes after exercising , but it was something the victim ate before exercising

This is the seed buhari and his Co Terrorists planted because they wanted to create an Islamic caliphate in Nigeria through Sharia. Now, Buhari and his northern cabal are now reaping the fruits of their labor. It was the same buhari who criticized the federal govt fighting Boko haram saying an attack on Boko haram was an attack against muslims and the north. He is now eating his word. Dancing to a different tune because he is now president. You can't eat your cake and have it. Buhari, please eat the sweet food you prepared, BOKO HARAM. Shameless president. Boko haram are particularly bitter with him because he betrayed them. You can't eat with the devil and not get stomach ache. Buhari, it is time you cure this stomach ache before they kidnap you at Aso Rock. Boko haram is every where and it is my thinking that they would storm Aso Rock next. They can't be killing the poor and vulnerable alone, it will extend to the rich. There is no hiding place for the rich because they planted this seed, Boko haram

@Ifeanyi nk. You have a point. Some kind of autopsy should be carried out on the cattle and the water analyzed. I wonder the quantity of poison it would take to poison a whole river.

BOKO HARAM: AND WE LOST OUR VOICES...

”The truth is that after their Boko Haram-as-a-trump-card strategy blew up in their face and their electoral fortunes plummeted, the PDP-led Jonathan Administration came to the realization that a stepped-up campaign against the insurgents is needed to revive their electoral fortunes, hence they then decided to pep up the military and rally regional troops – the same suggestions from the opposition that the Administration has pointedly ignored over the years – to combat the terrorists. President Jonathan, who is also the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, must take responsibility for the monumental cost, whether of his incompetence or his political strategy-gone-awry or both, apologize to the nation and immediately back down from seeking re-election. The President must not be allowed to profit from an error of judgement that has cost 15,000 lives, forced over 3 million out of their homes and cost the taxpayers 32.88 billion US dollars."
- Lai Mohammed, February 24, 2015.

I asked a friend of mine in January this year: can any president, no matter his ambition, be happy with the way Boko Haram is wreaking havoc in the northeastern part of the country? He told me to shut up. To him, Goodluck Jonathan knew about what was going on. Fast forward to October (nine months later): Can Buhari be happy that Boko Haram has been killing with renewed frenzy since he took over? No and never. He cannot!

Boko Haram was and remains another indicator of our skewed patriotism; patriotism based on partisanship and the face of whoever is ruling us.

When Jonathan was in power, we always indirectly praised Boko Haram. We were always eager to jump to the social media to report another success of those deranged morons! Any success of our military against them was always dismissed as propaganda. The Bring Back Our Girls campaign was propped up and any discerning person would know it was a political gathering rather than procession of concerned Nigerians on purely humanitarian grounds. Audu Ogbe, an APC chieftain, gleefully announced that their members were coordinating it. Instead of collectively fighting those monsters, we were encouraging them because we STUPIDLY and SHAMELESSLY thought the moment Jonathan was booted out, Boko Haram would die a natural death. Chibok girls would be released unconditionally. Now, with renewed frenzy, Boko Haram has not stopped spilling our bloods. Apart from a couple of "breaking news" stories from citizen journalists about the latest multiple blasts in Kuje and Nyanya on Friday night, almost all were silent on the latest carnage. Yet, we would have been 'celebrating' them (Book Haram) nine months ago. Reason?

My enemy's enemy is my friend. To us, it was the then government/president they were fighting. Yet, we failed to know that Boko Haram was our common enemy. Why have we stopped 'reporting and praising' Boko Haram? Why haven't they stopped killing us? Why are they still sacking villages? Why have we collectively become helpless?

WHY HAS LAI MOHAMMED FAILED TO ISSUE A SINGLE STATEMENT ON BOKO HARAM IN THE LAST THREE MONTHS? And finally, WHY HAVE THOSE WHO CRITICISED THE GOVERNMENT FOR NOT FIGHTING INSECURITY BEFORE MAY 29, 2015 BECOME SILENT?

Many of us who were daily writing about insecurity before now have lost our mojo. No mention of Boko Haram again! Why? The regular fall guy to blame for Boko Haram is no longer in power. Where is that patriotic Nigerian? I am still searching. Notify me when you see one...

Ifeanyi, stop sounding intelligent when ur views are stupid. The Army earlier announced that the rivers have been poisoned, and they die after drinking from it. I'm sure the herdsmen have grazing their cows on the same field they took them before they drank from that river. It's good to be critical of views, but don't let ur views be dumb>>
