Modupe Ozolua's Indulge Spa

Why I went into spa business – Modupe Ozoula
She spoke with Bola Akinboade of City People Magazine

Why did you delve into the spa business?
“Considering the fact that I have created a brand for myself in the beauty and health sector, it will only make sense if I expand my brand."

Take us into Indulge Beauty spa and its range of services.
“Indulge is a place to be. The interior is beautifully decorated with colours and its services are second to none. The outfit has a waiting room downstairs. There’s also a manicure and pedicure section. I spent a lot of money on the project in other to achieve the best result. We also have the massage, laser and wax room. There’s a treatment room, 3 rooms for facial treatment etc. I have three body rooms for different types of massage, such as wraps, body scrubs, body polishing, body perfume and others. I also have a steam room with individual shower so you have your own privacy. I also have a relaxing/meditation lounge with an aquarium. In addition I have a VIP room with its own private manicure, pedicure, and massage table, also its own private bathroom and huge shower. At the back of the building is a health cafe with a chef who makes fruit juices, salad and desserts. We also have a fountain at the back of the building too where you can sit relax and have a glass of wine, a bottle of champagne or whatever and at the same time have your feet soaked and massage. You cal work out at any of the gym”

You’re bringing in Thailand beauticians to join your spa work force. What is the motive behind that?
Modupe “The therapists from Thailand are meant to support my team here. Just as we have a well trained team here, some treatments are better when you have extensive training like reflexologist, which is a special training that they don’t teach in schools here. So its a great opportunity for my staff to learn from my other team that is coming from Thailand”

Adaeze Igwe and Joseph Yobo confirm romance

~ Abiola Aloba

Adaeze Igwe, one of the most beautiful beauty queens in recent times is in a sizzling romance with top footballer, Joseph Yobo.

Adaeze and Joseph Yobo

She confirmed her relationship with deputy captain of Nigeria's Super Eagles and top defender, Joseph Yobo of Everton. In her words "We are in a relationship and it is not one of those frivolous ones. It is a serious one that my mom even knows about. This is for real."

Abiola also spoke with the famous footballer who corroborated what Adaeze said. "It is definitely a love match of two celebrities. One an ex-beauty queen, while the other is a famous Nigerian footballer"

They look like heaven together. :-)!

Adaeze's beauty routine.

"I use Elizabeth Arden on my body. Then I use Bobbi Brown face cream on my face and Bobbi Brown make -up products. But my beauty routine actually depends on my mood. If I'm down, I might just do without make up and when I'm happy I put a lot of make up. I go to the gym every morning, because I eat anything I want, and also because I have a tendency of getting bigger everyday. But I'm trying to cut down on my eating habits."
