Senate sets up committee to reduce salary of Senators
The Senate President says two committees were set up
today, one of which is the finance committee which will work on how to
reduce the salaries of lawmakers.
Please, can they stop with the abbreviation and acronym. This is our senate President "supposedly" communication with the nation. Who ever is media spokes staff is, should get this memo and stop with the abbreviation & acronym.

Set up committe to review salary. But no committee set up to review minimum wage in Nigeria. Just slash the salary its easy. No need for the long winded process. Either reduce the wage as part of the presidents veto power carried by the president or the Assembly agrees themselves through a ballot to reduce its own salary, and it has to be an open voting. Lets see those who oppose to a reduction in the astronomical allowance they are on. No need for a committee.
