Lol@looking at slimmer girls with secret jealousy. Better cut down on your meal portion because that's the starting point to anything. Ice cream, pizza, and all the unhealthy obsession with food, be they locally made or not. Eating too much and in between meals, whether its plantain chips, they are fattening. Period
