The last time I checked Nigeria has no first lady, we only have the wife of the president, and I don't think been the wife of the president is official. She would be invited to functions both charitable and non charitable and her official portrait is what is supposed to be used in programs etc.
That does not mean she has an office or has money allocated to her by the government to run an office. She is still the no 1 female citizen in this country and should be given her due.
