LASTMA towed a Lagbus filled with 48 passengers to their Oshodi Office?

According to a maan named Sunday Kehinde, Officials of the Lagos State Traffic Management Authority towed a Lag Bus filled with 48 passengers from Berger to Oshodi. He alleges that it was because the driver allowed a passenger to drop at Berger. 

When the officials seized the bus, they were not allowed to disembark until they got to Oshodi. More photos he shared from the incident after the cut...

Towing a vehicle with people or passengers on board is a criminal offence and is subject to payment of damages ...but I trust Nigerians they will just allow it fly
