Expectant mother Liv Tyler bares her full baby bump while holding naked son

Actress Liv Tyler shared a precious photo with son Sailor, 15 months, on Instagram on Thursday.

"Me and my babies #itsallaboutfamily" the 38-year-old expectant mother captioned the image modeling her full-term bare baby bump while holding her bare naked boy. The Lord of the Rings star and her fiancé David Gardner are expecting their second child together. She is also a mom to 11-year-old son Milo.
