The fact that it took facebook and twitter such a long time to close the terrorist account is a clear evidence that they themselves have been aiding and abetting the terrorist. If someone place a nude picture on their account they will close it immediately but when terrorist are using their accounts to spread their evil messages and recruit new members then is ok.
