Augustine 'TinTin' Imevbore has resigned as Programmes Director of Classic FM, sister station to Beat FM. Inside sources say its related to the Olisa Adibua incident, where he disagreed with management over the punishment meted out to the Beat FM programmes Director. TinTin wanted him sacked! The former Classic FM PD also has been at loggerheads with Deji Awokoya (GM) and some other members of management staff over the way junior staff are treated. My source says he was particularly sad about the pitiable salaries paid to junior staff.

The idiot who said Tin-Tin should go sit down is just that - an idiot. Because obviously he's too silly to see that whilst Tin-Tin's salary @ his level can pay part of the junior staff salary, he is NOT their employer and he feels sad/bad because he knows they deserve more than they are getting and the company can indeed pay more than they currently do the junior staff.

Hey Tin Tin. I like a man who stands up against injustice. nice One. As much as I agree Olisa is a bully, I think the management must have considered his contribution to be vital to their success. We all make mistakes and I believe another chance is important. Like my father said, It only makes sense to fight from within. You cannot fight for the junior workers from outside. Like I said he should sit down, the one that was within his power to do, did he do it? He's just using this Olisa issue to further his own agenda. And Olisa is an easy excuse to use because NOBODY likes him in the first place.
He should tell the truth about why he's quitting, it has nothing to do with Olisa or junior staff pay, rather everything to do with him lining his own pockets.
