This is a very simple matter, Firstly, any parcel sent through FedEx can be tracked online on their website by typing in the receipt number and the FedEx tracker will promptly provide infoemation about the sent parcel, like date & time it was sent, name of sender and present location of the parcel. So all Bobrisky has to do is to print out the tracking information from the FedEx website and this will completely absolve him. He can also send the woman the FedEx receipt number so she can track it herself. Secondly, one needs to know whether Bobrisky is operating a charity that made him to now use his own personal 17k to ship a product to a customer, where then is your profit. Maybe you did it in the spirit of Christmas.
