Roads inside or within FCT are not federal roads. Federal roads are roads outside a location or roads linking two states. And for Benin Bye-pass road and the dual extension roads that he is claiming, they are not new roads. They just extended an existing old road. It is like you adding an extra bedroom to your old house during renovation. Just because you added a bedroom doesnt make it a new house. Or maybe you extended your house by adding a balcony, then you will now claim that it is a brand new house. Pls lets be reasonable.

I think Osibanjo meant 100% completion but anybody that ply Airport Rd in Abuja or Kubwa Expressway alongwith Abuja/Lokoja etc will know that the last administration tried to save us from grave roads. As for me lets assume that last administraion (PDP Govt.) did not do anything so it is now a challenge for APC Agents of CHANGE to fulfill their campaiqn promises to Nigerians.

Most of the roads u talked about are roads inside FCT. Those roads within FCT are not federal roads. Osinbajo was referring to roads outside FCT which are called federal roads. Linda if u like dont post my comments. Be joining PDP to lie.
Benin by pass road is not a new road. It is like you renovating your old house and adding one more bedroom to your house during renovation. Then you now call it a brand new house just because you extended it and added one extra bedroom. Linda if u like dont post my comment.

Roads inside or within FCT are not federal roads. Federal roads are roads outside a location or roads linking two states. And for Benin Bye-pass road and the dual extension roads that he is claiming, they are not new roads. They just extended an existing old road. It is like you adding an extra bedroom to your old house during renovation. Just because you added a bedroom doesnt make it a new house. Or maybe you extended your house by adding a balcony, then you will now claim that it is a brand new house. Pls lets be reasonable.
