... It is good that its the turn of Ebonyi State. i wsh to share my experience.
i served (NYSC) there Nov, 2012 - Oct 2013. the LGA i was posted to is Ivo LGA. i stayed cos i xpected Gov. Elechi to change things for the good of the pple but it was worse.. dry season - no water, we had crush rock bring water to us at Ishiagu cos we had one of the corper's working with them. Days when we miss that tanker, it will b smthing else for the nxt week to come. we looked for water in unused septic tank, cleared frogs, toads just to scoop water for bathing n trust God for rain or the river water (colours like lipton in water).. It was indeed a service year.
the major road from ishiagu to ivo is worse than the afikpo road seen (thanks to NYSC for jungle boots). when it rains , we dread going for general meetings at the LG.. We even preferred going to use the banks and other important things at Enugu than the state capital, Abakiliki..
Let's dont delve into d snake ordeal!!
Linda, how else do pple need to suffer before things are made #right?

- Blisss.

I thot these biafrauds said d east was full of mansions and good roads & theyre richer dn all other regions. lol! Please d very rich rivers, crossrivers and delta states will not associate wt u pple. Loudmouth FRAUDS. Even poor osun state has no village wt roads lookin like this & dustbin covering everywhere. LMAO!!

And we all know how beautiful Lagos was in d 50's, 60's, 70's & 80's when there were negligible number of igbos around us. Then d 90's came and they started coming in droves turning alaba, ladipo & even parts of idumota to mkts for fake products, then proceeded to bring all their 18bros & sisters to live in 2bedroom rented apartments in festac. Now they even have audacity to claim lagosians are cultureless bastards wt no forefathers. Asswipes - u will soon overplay ur hand in lagos & we will treat ur f**kup.

But aren't these the same roads the previous state and federal government (pdp led government) showed us in their campaign pictures?
Where are the smooth roads that the pdp in the last 16years buried billions into.
Why are all these pictures just coming out?or are we going to say its the new government

Unknown said...

Exactly what I said Maureen, a lot of cruel armed robbery on the route also.

Unknown said...

OMG, dis 1 no b road o

You and who knows how beautiful lagos was looking when and when? Just shut up Ur stupid trap. Some parts of lagos are fine and dats expected cos it was once a federal capital territory, most parts are an apology and i wont bother mentioning places. You tribalistic bigot know the places more than I do i'm sure. Are you comparing lagos to this state. Do they receive the same government allocation? Is their internally generated revenue the same? Is the population the same? And dyu think you tribalistic yorubas wouldn't actually have driven ibos out of lag if they weren't helping you to develop lagos, same way your governor packed truckloads of people and dumped at onitsha some years back? And later y'all will be claiming hospitality. Who helps who? Dnt worry, with the way this country is going, it's nt something I pray for actual but if it eventually happens, let's see who looses out. Lagos is a business district, and business can be developed anywhere with people that have incentives. All y'all that like feeling like you are helping ibos out by accommodating them in lag myt just get exactly what you wish for, let see who laughs last. Mstchewwwww.
