Preval was a central figure in Haitian politics from the early nineties through to his second presidency.
His legacy will always be tied to the 2010 earthquake that destroyed much of the capital, Port-au-Prince, killing more than 200,000 people and bringing the presidential palace crumbling to the ground.Haiti has been politically turbulent for much of its history since winning independence from France in 1804.

Blacks are not caused but lazy, last time I visited Nigeria the only thing I realized was that young Nigerians waste their precious time on nonsense, and if things continue like this our society will never move forward. Excessive passion for Football, Music, Dance, Pleasure, unnecessary discussion, spend awful lots of time on Facebook etc. ... Why we try to build our own Social Media, Powerful Applications, Technology etc... For Example the Igbo People were known to be very Technologically inclined before but today the issue of Biafra has taken that away from my people. Go to Haiti it is the same issue. We need to change our ways. God bless the Igbo people, The Yorubas, Hausa, Ijaw etc God bless Nigeria. But wake up Nigerians
RIP
