Uncle Ben,naira dominated cards never worked on American Sites....even during Jonathan's time ..it happened to me when I tried to make purchase from footlocker USA while I was in LA.stop playing politics pls...
It actually depends on the bank. GTB cards work only when paying via POS, however withdrawing isn't possible. As for Union bank, cards work both at pos point and withdrawal, but only 200USD can be withdrawn per month.
I now agree this guy has no substance. Where is the $ CBN will use to pay the issuing banks abroad? Or is he so foolish as to think it's in Naira we'll pay them?
It's not working for the pass 3 weeks now ,am in the US I tried using my diamond bank and Access bank cards they never work, thank God we have a family friend who live in maryland he African store he is the one that has been giving me money and I transfer the naira to his Account,
Igbo people doing business in Calabar are in trouble. They are being kidnapped everyday, like the kidnappers have a list or something. People are living in fear here; please help spread the words, don't know if the government is doing anything. Some people are already running away. This have been going on for a while now, since Imoke's government. And he did virtually nothing. Spread the word please, people need to know what's going on in this state.
Diamond bank sent out an email saying their cards will no longer work. However my firstbank card still works. It seems indicative of possible problems with particular banks.
