My broda worked there for 6yrs and had ova 20 diff colours of ties, his wife also worked there too, so can tell much about zenith bank. Then coming to if any bank have single tie for staff, I worked with sterling bank but out now, we (sterling bank) had a customized tie but it doesn't stop you from wearing other colours of tie, so long as it matches.
