Since most people agree that Nigerians are tribalistic, what are we doing together? As far as I am concerned, I am first an Igbo man before anything. I don't see what I have in common with a Yoruba or Hausa man and I resent the fact that someone thinks that Sokoto and Kastina are my fatherland. I just pray that Nigeria breaks up by next year so that all this nonsense can stop. Long Live Biafra!!!!
Linda how can u of all people ask that question , we see it everyday on your blog . But I can't lie u can't see me voting for a Northern Muslim because if u look at our history of presidents majority of them were from the north and look at what they did to naija . The have stolen so much . However I will gladly vote for a Northern Christian or a northerner who isn't religious and I will vote for Muslims from other parts of the country .

Same goes with other tribes calling Igbos traders and spare parts dealers. Yes, they are into those stuffs, they prefer such bizness to staying in their home towns to rot away. Anwmbra made the best result in waec and neck in the whole federation. They made the best results in waec for west Africa for the immediate past exam. They have the highest number ofr SANs in Nigeria, Imo state has the highest number of Graduates for a decade running with the highest number entrants into higher institutions for 8 years consecutively. At present the highest registered number of Phds is from Imo state.. The South eastern states as a whole are the most literate in nigeria(UNESCO Rating) but yet other tribes view them as less lettered, appearances they say ain't reality..
I just wish this country will break up haba, all this hate! And yes I'm from the north say/ abuse us the way u wish as if I've not heard it all before, rubbish always classifying all of us as the same
We are a tribalistic country. Where I currently work, I've been passed over 2 times during promotion just because I'm Igbo. Eventually, it was proven I did better than the 2 guys promoted during the interview.

Very true, igbos are very tribalistic. I will not marry a Hausa man, no matter the reason. I hate them. I'm from Imo State.
