A dead body of an unidentified man was found inside a gutter beside
Optimum hotel, close to Assumpta Cathedral, Owerri, Imo state. No one
knows how the body got there or what led to his death. See the graphic

I saw the body this afternoon.... Sooo smelling, omg!.. Swollen like baloon. And school children were passing through same road. Where is ministry of health in imo bikonu
