Ogun state gov, Ibikunle Amosun, visits scene of building collapse, says all the workers on the site have been accounted for

The Ogun state governor, Ibikunle Amosun, has visited the scene of the four storey building shopping mall which collapsed at Itokun Abeokuta in Ogun state this morning. According to a statement by the governor, 16 workers were on site when the incident happened and they have all been accounted for.

Efforts to clear the rubbles at the collapsed building site are ongoing and the government claims that there are no casualties. According to a statement released, records from the site engineers indicated that there were 16 workers on site at the time of the incident and they have all been accounted for.
