I have been following this story with keen interest.According to my magistrate husband with whom i discussed the issue wirh,if d adeleke n momodu decides to go to court n it is establish that sophie indeed passed cannabis to her daughter,she ll lose custody of the child.She ll be granted access to see her daughter but imade ll be handed over to somebody who can adequately care for her.He said money is not the issue here but the court devoid of emotion ll put the welfare n intetest of the child to priority above other things.Dele momodu should't have put this in the eyes of the public cos at the end of the day,if the adeleke gets custody,Sophie may lose her monthly allowance n all the perks,the adeleke might do that out of anger,according to my husband,she is not married to him,there is no ground for her maintenance,if they did took care of her,they did out of the fear of God,they owe her nothing

this issue is not complicated. he should just cut her off. rent her an affordable place (definitely the kid would need a roof over her head as well), they should agree on custody rights and visitation agreements and he should give her 100k everymonth solely for the upkeep of the child (change of clothes, diaper and baby food monthly wont cost up to 85k). she should get a job and learn to take care of her self...shes a worthless gold digger no matter how much people side her.
