As every HONEST person who works at UNILAG will tell you, only the salary for August is in arrears owing to the Federal Government's inability to disburse funds at this time. A circular was in fact issued long before salaries were due. Being a member of the teaching staff, I can say that what is at issue is most likely cases of arrears to do with non-salary allowances. That, I believe, needs to be clarified by the person who sent the pictures.

Season of unpaid salaries

Anonymous said...

i dont believe it... Maulag ooooooo

Anonymous said...

it not over unpaid salaries but rather over unpaid allowances in line with the 2009 FGN Agreement with the unions. the backlog payment since 2010 and the issue of 13th month allowances

Non-Taching Staff Unilag did not protest for unpaid salaris but rather unpaid Hazard Allowance and implementation. Linda, always try to get your headline right because of the thousands reading your information should not be misled!
