Former President Goodluck Jonathan, today paid a condolence visit to the former Chairman of the PDP board of trustees, Anthony Anenih, over the death of his son, Eugene, who slumped and died after suffering a heart attack while playing lawn tennis at the Ikoyi club in Lagos yesterday May 14th.
May his soul rest in peace. I don't feel sorry for any politician that loses a child.These same politicians put Nigeria in the poor state that the country is in today.Many poor Nigerians lose their children every day without adequate health care or food to eat.If his son had survived this heart attack he would have been flown overseas for treatment.But if a poor Nigerian falls sick or has a heart attack, nobody will send him overseas for treatment, he or she will not even have money to go to the hospital. Every politician that looted Nigeria or put Nigeria in this bad state will never have peace in his or her life.Their children will never have peace, tragedy will continue to befall them until they bring better change for the common man and woman in Nigeria.
Some people dont understand exercise. Once u get to a certain age as from 40 and above, you are supposed to stop doing riggorous exercises. For example, stop jugging. Do brisk walking instead. Women should stop wearing very high-heeled shoes as they grow older from 40 and above. It will affect them when they get to 70-80 years because they may end up on a wheel chair. Dont play basket ball or football at age 40 and above. Only do very light exercises. These are little tips that we need to know as we grow older. RIP to Mr Eugene.
