According
to Justice Arome Akogwu while granting the bail in Lokoja, he said the
three weeks the accused persons spent in custody was beyond the period
allowed by the Constitution.
The
judge expressed satisfaction with the submission of the defence counsel
and granted bail to each of the accused in the sum of N1 million with a
reliable surety who must be a senior civil servant in the state in like
sum before adjourning the case.

They were granted bail bcos they never committed any office. The charges were trumped up by dino to divert attention from the ABU B.a in geography saga...A lot of fake certificate holders are in that assembly.
