Over the years, Paul’s musical influences have cut across multiple genres such as RnB, Pop, Gospel, Reggae, Afrobeat, Highlife, Fuji, Juju and Nigerian folk music.
With a voice
that’s easy on the ears and warm to the soul, he delivers his heartfelt
messages of hope, celebration and worship; inspiring his audience and igniting
an ambience of jubilant adoration of the Most High God.
He is a graduate
of Bowen University and a Registered Advertising Practitioner in Nigeria.
Paul has
performed in some Gospel shows across Nigeria and has also worked with the
Mount Zion Faith Ministries, composing theme songs for several of their movies.
He has two albums
under his belt, namely Kabiyesi and Testimony, produced by prodigiously
talented music producer TJ Beenie and Mr Jay, who has worked on projects for
the likes of Lara George, Timi Dakolo, Comfort Fije, Nikky Laoye and K’ore,
Paul Akadi has a
big year planned as he is scheduled to release new singles featuring heavy weight
gospel ministers like Sammie Okposo,Midnight Crew Lara George and Psalmos.
Paul Akadi’s new
release titled ‘Iwo nikan loba’ meaning ‘You are the only king’ talks about the
supremacy and awesomeness of God, singing praises to the giver of life. The
song was produced by Mr Jay, the producer of Dansaki by Lara George. Music
video was directed by the world greatest director Akin Alabi
