SPF 60 is too high for black skin. Way too many chemicals. SPF 30 is the highest we should use. And bleaching is not a treatment for tanned skin. Stay out of the sun at its peak - 11 am to 3pm and you will see a difference. Moisturise with pure coconut oil on damp skin and eat right. DON'T BLEACH. It destroys layers of your skin and since it blocks melanin production you will stop growing skin cells hence the green veins like Toke.
