Former first lady of Lagos State, Remi Tinubu, has picked an Action Congress of Nigeria expression of interest and nomination forms for the Senate. The mother of two girls will be contesting for the Lagos East Senatorial District in the April 2 2011 National Assembly election. She would be replacing Senator Adekunle Munir Muse, the former chairman of Apapa LGA council, who is currently occupying the seat.

Even though she doesn't need the money i won't begrudge her because i've read and heard she's very helpful to the less privileged.
