The former first daughter was seen on Wednesday walking with a young man later identified by TMZ as 23-year-old Rob Franklin, a 2015 graduate of Stanford University. The two reportedly met at a Men's Fashion Week event last month and have been hanging out ever since, though they say they are just friends.
