Despite the anti-corruption war by the government, Nigerian has retained it's 136th position in the Transparency International’s Corruption Perceptions Index 2016. Nigeria is sharing the position with Lebanon, Myanmar, Guatemala, Kyrgyzstan and Papua New Guinea. Denmark, New Zealand and Finland were ranked 1st, 2nd and 3rd least most corrupt countries which North Korea was ranked as the most corrupt country followed closely by South Sudan and Somalia.
According to the Transparency International, More countries declined than improved in this year's results, showing the urgent need for committed action to thwart corruption.

Pls if am wrong correct me, we were 2nd or 3rd during Jonathan's regime. Now that we are 136th in less than 2yrs of PMB administration, you still don't think he should be applauded for it. I think you have a problem

So despite all the outrageous murders going on in the north by the so-called jihadists n co. The rank still remain the same? Does it mean that they r blind to the actions.. Well I think we ought to have fallen to 90sth of even 50's.
