From unsuccessful Project fame auditions to a celebrity 'guest performer' - Adekunle Gold shares his testimony

Singer Adekunle Kosoko 'Gold' shared this testimony via his Snapchat account. According to Gold, he auditioned for MTN Project Fame, 7 and 8 years ago, but wasn't picked. Today, he finally performed on the stage of that very show as a celebrity guest performer.
"There's a God in Heaven and he loves me," Adekunle said.

There's a Divinity that shape(s)ns our Destiny (i somehow pilfered this line from the classic hit Novel 'She Stoop to Conquer' by GBS), even though we as Individuals got some Roles 2 play in the 'Kraft'.

What people and aspiring musicians need to understand is that nobody needs Project Fame or Idols to be a successful artist. If someone like Olamide comes for an Audition on these platforms they would mock and laugh at him cos he doesn't sound like Chris De Burgh of RKelly. So anyone with talent should strive to get their songs to the air. As far as it flows and it's dancable, Nigerians would love it
