Remember Gloria Izuakor, the woman whose husband, Jude Izuakor,
battered and left a deep cut on her face during an argument at their
Festac home on January 27th?( Read story here). Today, she and her
husband reconciled after he pleaded for an out of court settlement and

This is the most stupid thing i have seen in a while! The judge or court who agreed to this deal must be suspended or investigated.I have just been to see the picture of this woman's injury and it was horrific! And all the husband got was just to sign a promise not to touch her again? Absolutely ridiculous! What if he kills her next time? What he should do is be punished with jail and then upon his release sign an undertaking never to touch her gain...SADLY this man will attack this lady again,a man who can inflict such an injury will do it again..i just hope its not fatal next time

I trust Joe Odumakin's judgment but hmmmmm! with the publicity this issue generated and the man's attitude in court the last time. I don't know what happened to you Joe but I hope this does not end up worse than the injury. And the lady for goodness sake I understand the bit about christianity and forgiveness, but you must try to stay alive for those beautiful children. Biko take my advise, your husband does not look to me like he has repented. Pack your bag and leave the house for him, may be to show that your forgiveness is sincere consider returning to the village. For me, it was the first principle I laid down before marriage I wont wait to be beaten a second time. There is a huge different between living together and forgiveness.
