It is easy to make such a mistake if you did not read the speech that was written for you before going on stage. It is better to talk with 'bullet points' in front of you than a 'script'.
Whoever wrote the speech should be sacked immediately. It is better for her to employ English Language graduates as speech writers.

I would rather take she and Goodluck's grammatical errors then deal with leaders who refuse to communicate with their citizens. At least we know they are humans.
