It should take all the financial support it can get cos it needs it. Especially after haven been undermined by Ghollywood. Yes, i said it, 'a proud Nigerian but i have to admit it. Isn't that why their actors are taking over, Ghana has better talent, better quality films and better story-lines. They star in more 9ja films than ever before and 9jarians are trying to flock there now. It is what it is, it just isn't what it used to be. When it all comes down to it...We started it but their finishing it.

@madeTeju, you don't know what you're talking about. majority of the early movies done by Ghanaians in 2004-2007 were copied from Nollywood movies.
nothing is special about their movies....all it is SEX SEX SEX! they only have a few good movies under their belt.
and do not talk about talent. LMFAO! i believe its because they are new faces, not because they are talented. Jackie and Majid are the only ones to give any Nollywood actor a run for their money, they are just cute faces, thats all.
PLEASE do not insult Nollywood by comparing the likes of talentless Van Vicker, Nadia Buari, Yvonne Nelson and Juliet Ibrahim (ESPCIALLY!) to ANYONE in Nollywood.
look at all the TOP movies Nollywood has produced, and our industry is diverse, not just the same type of movies all the time.
