Has the army personal being brought to justice? no! the man shot the man because he knows he would get away with it and yet the soldiers came back to kill more youths.

The way an unlawful termination of human life is handled in a society depicts the value that society places on the lives of its citizens.
It is really unfortunate that the Senate with all its constitutional power flexing cannot order the military top bras to reign in their men and stop killing Nigerians.
