The administration has already sought a Supreme Court review of a similar decision issued last month by the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, in Richmond Trump has insisted that the measure is necessary to prevent possible terrorist attacks and protect national security.
In its opinion, the Ninth Circuit said it concluded that Trump "exceeded the scope of the authority delegated to him by Congress." The judges also wrote that Trump's order violates provisions that "prohibit nationality-based discrimination and require the president to follow a specific process when setting the annual cap on the admission of refugees."
The decision, from a three-judge panel, was unanimous. It was issued jointly by Judges Michael Daly Hawkins, Ronald M. Gould and Richard A. Paez. All three were appointed by President Bill Clinton.

The reading of books is forbidden in the ideology and condemns those that do. Book burning is a virtue. Condemns the media for reporting facts. Educated people are to be shunned and treated as the "Academic Elite". Science is never to be considered. Exploitation at the expense of natural resources is maximized. Fiscal responsibility is non-existent. Bribery is a means to an end. Thinking for oneself is forbidden. Never admit to being wrong, lewd, or a liar. To lie is a virtue. The truth is what we say the truth is. Create and profess alternative facts and realities. Never admit wrong doing as it is always the other persons fault. Laws and ethical standards do not apply. Laws that prohibit criticism of the leader and the leaders staff. The leaders will is law and shall not be reviewed. Uniformed enforcers of the leaders will. Manipulation of the military. Mob mentality is an axiom.
