Photos: Borno State Govt hands over 64 women and children rescued from Boko Haram captivity to their families

The Borno State Government on Thursday, January 26, handed over 64 women and children who were rescued from Boko Haram to their immediate families after undergoing a 9 months special de-radicalization programme through the state emergency management agency and NGOs.
