Governor Rochas Okorocha of Imo State was spotted around the state this morning monitoring the sanitation exercise within the state capital with his Chief of Staff, and other members of his cabinet. He then declared fortnightly Sanitation Exercise
in the state. He said it will be for a short while to get the state totally
