Is there no ambulance in this country ?
Why should they put injured men/women at the back of a police van?

I don't get it...

Nigerians lack good knowledge of transfer technique of patients from accident sight.Yes, it seems they are helping but the truth is that they may end up worsening the condition.Eg, they may end up worseing a mild spinal cord injury.

D-PinPointer Says: They are never prepared for anything until it happens. Ambulance is even asking for too much - they don't even have hand gloves to protect against potential infections.
