Na we wey carry first when it comes to diabetes because we don't eat properly- deep-fried yam, plantain and eggs for breakfast,pounded yam and red(palm-oil)okro soup with gizzard, pomo, and beef for lunch, Indomie, boiled eggs, and coke for Pre-dinner/ as snack..lol, and a mountain of rice and stew with 3 chunks of beef for dinner. linda it is possible to have her body provided you do portion control in your meals which is what i do and i am 40 next year and i have the same type of body like her only a bit more taller than jenny!!!I dont go to the gym and neither do i have a personal trainer just watch what i eat and the portion i eat full stop....
