Anyway, on the other hand, if she doesnt care for it, she can treat it professionally. Deduct from pay or have her pay it back. Simple! Do not insult her faith, she has no right to. She is only entitled to her opinion. Not everybody can have same opinion as you or religion, respect individuality and if you dont care for it, have her pay back time spent away from the office or deduct according to policy. If your office allows no day or time off, then let her know and decide what to do.
