3 children were crushed to death after a female driver suffered brake failure at the Redeemed Christian Church at 103 Omuma road in Aba, Abia State, yesterday, June 18th. Continue to see graphic photos from the accident after the cut.

are u guys talking wit sence at all who will drive a car if he/she knows the brake is bad...her car just failed brake it can happen to anybody...rip to those children...she will be charged with involuntary man slaughter but it is not her fault dont blame her

Breaks do fail paul. I was driving along sagamu-ijeb expressway when one of my break pad removed, the breaks were totally gone. It was a close call, the car had to come to a stop on its own.
