No need to bring tribe into this. I'm igbo and it's tiring when we get blamed for everything, but the simple truth is that there isn't a small number in any group in Nigeria who isn't involved in one form of crime or the other. In Dannys case he will have his day in court, hope he gets a good lawyer because in the States they don't do trial by media as we do here, with all the things found on him it's highly likely he will be jailed.
