Hilary Duff and boyfriend Matthew Koma split after several months of dating

Actress Hilary Duff and singer Matthew Koma have broken up, after several months of dating. According to E! News, the split happened in early March due to their busy schedules. The couple stopped following each other on Instagram after the split in March. Meanwhile, the Younger actress reunited with her ex beau and former trainer, Jason Walsh, in New York City on Monday.

"They were playful with each other," an eyewitness revealed to E! News, adding that they left together and went into her apartment building together.

Duff and Koma made their first red carpet appearance together just 3 months ago at Entertainment Weekly's pre-SAG Awards party. However, the star never spoke publicly about their relationship except for one intimate candid photo she shared on her IG page which she captioned. "Take me back to Costa with him".That was a photo of two of them in Costa Rica for a February vacation, and they stayed at the same hotel where she spent her wedding night with then-husband Mike Comrie in August 2010.

When asked about why she liked to keep her relationships private, she said:

"People don't need to know my business until I really know my business, you know?" she said in an interview for Cosmopolitan.Bottom line: she's taking love at her own pace. "I meet, like, one person a year that I'm maybe attracted to," the mom admitted. "I never want to be that girl who's desperate to find a mate."
