CCT rules that Saraki' trial must continue, adjourns to Nov. 19th for trial

The Code of Conduct Tribunal has ruled that Senate President Bukola Saraki's trial must continue. Saraki is standing trial on a 13 count charge of false asset declaration while he was governor of Kwara state. The Code of Conduct Tribunal in its ruling, said the trial must continue despite Saraki's appeal at the Supreme court. Lawyers to the senate president walked out of the court and reportedly described the CCT's ruling as judicial rascality. It was adjourned to November 19th for trial...

Haha Saraki is a drowning man & not even the apex court can save him.If I were him,I'd resign with dignity.
He knew he was no sweetheart during his tenure as Governor yet he went ahead to become senator & even walked the path of rebellion to become senate president lol.Good luck to him oh!
Karma can so serve the best menu at the right time

Nigerian court, come today come tomorrow.

The ways senators are acting and supporting this man without even telling nigerians
there views of point against the court is showing something unborn.
and president buhari should amend some law that will make senators rise up against
him,,i know he is a wise man,but fighting a man still in power that have a voice too
can never move a nation forward but backwardness,,which is never at this age,,
fight those that has lose a power and wait for this presents one at end....

Its judicial rascality because it didn't work in their favor.
They should just do and get over with this trial already.

These lawyers should be sanctioned by NBA for their assault on the nation's judicial system. Is it compulsory for a judge to dance to their tune? After all, why can't they wait for the Supreme Court to answer their prayers? You want a court to stay proceeding on an appeal yet to be assigned to any judge. They are the ones who displayed judicial rascality and stupidity.
