Many Americans have meaningless degrees. I am not trying to put down any vocational or academic achievement but I understand the mentality behind the gross tattoo. CSU/Cal State/CaliforniaStateUniversity is full of students who transfer from community colleges. Many of the courses they take are just meaningless e.g Basketball and home economics as degrees and so on. I met a female many years ago who claimed to have taken these two courses of study as Major and Minor course. As for this tattooed idiot, she obviously did one of those make-shift courses and is more than likely the first in her family. I can bet ¥1 that she has at least 2 children too and she will find a job working as a Manager at a food store. FYI that title is a big deal to ignorant Americans despite it being irrelevant.
