Na true... thier front desk is superb, even those nurses u see before u see so called consultant are wonderful.. but the consultant himself don't have your time ooo especially when you are trying to get detail about your surgery..he will tell you..i have people waiting from that moment u are on your own, he will walk out or call his nurse to bring in next patients . but if u are a celebrity he can spend all the time with u..and u are paying the same amount ooooo...Nigeria doctor need more orientations.

The doctor is very impatient doesn't have a good work ethics,all his own is to give u bills and is very rude, but am sure if it's a celebrity he wud calm down, I didn't like his attitude and the products did not even work after all the money I spent, I still have the products with me and receipts.
I disagree with the comment about the plastic surgeon being impatient, I hv met him and I was well attended to,and I am not a celebrity, he was very professional and courteous. As for those expecting their services to be cheap,ask yourself if plastic surgery services are cheap anywhere in the world, do you know how expensive their equipments are? So it can't be cheap. If you feel a product you got there isn't working for you,y don't u go back and make complaints,I'm sure u will be attended to. This doctor does free surgeries for children with cleft palate, dat alone will make GOD bless a man.Nigerians should learn to appreciate their own rather than bad mouthing. Just giving my two cents.

Very professional service. World class outcomes. I had earlier planned my surgery abroad but decided to give them a chance and I did not regret it.. Oh I also saved a few dollars!!!
People complaining about the doctor's fees are funny. Plastic Surgery is expensive world over. He is a highly trained doctor who continues to improve himself daily and is good at what he does. Why should he provide his services free of charge or at low prices? I have consulted with the same doctor and he has done nothing but show kindness and listened to my concerns. I am not a celebrity.
If you have had issues with his products, all you have to do is call the clinic and express your dissatisfaction. They will attend to you. He has well trained and courteous staff who will listen to you without issues. Please don't paint a man's business bad just because you have the wrong idea of what the business entails. He already does free surgery for children born with cleft lips. The man is a nice and a great professional. His clinic is world standard. Don't go to him and waste his time, expect freebies or discounted surgery and then come here to complain that he is rude. He is not.
Went there for a basic laser hair removal. The guy got the novice nurse to handle it...very poorly done and had facial burns all over my face....That was my last trip there....lastly he's not very professional with ladies..

Grandville is very reasonable in price. Doctor is very friendly and listens attentively to patients.
Nurses are well trained and caring.. F doctor is very good and sure knows what he is doing.

I have not met this doctor or being to this hospital but I understand what most people are saying about him. Anyone going to a doctor is going with one problem or another and needs a doctor who will make them feel like he/she understands what your issues are and will go to any lenght to help. A rude doctor is the worst thing that can happen to a patient. I once visited a female doctor in Atlanta GA, she was so distant and cold! She didnt even bother to check out the pains I was having on my right shoulder. It was as if touching me was a taboo.I left that hospital that day feeling worse than I felt prior to going there. She sent me for xrays and scans but I tore up the sheets of paper and left. Few days later, I went to another doctor an old asian gentleman. His warmth and smile bought me over. He assured me he has a lot of Nigerian clients and asked me the meaning of Chukwuma. I trusted him and could connect with him as a patient. He has been my doctor for 6years now. I am female. All it takes is a little concern and professionalism. Never make your client feel like they are not important.

My name is Dr Aranmolate and I am the plastic surgeon at Grandville Medical and Laser though other Plastic Surgeons and I quite appreciate all the concerns posted by some people who we cannot identify with, and those we can identify with, especially the client that said her face was burnt during the laser session.
I totally apologize and will be willing to attend to you when you are willing to come in for a review.
We also want to say that we have had good years of success with our procedures and we have had more successes than failures.
We have not had any death or uncommon things in our practice as regards surgery, this is definitely for our funny commentators who are saying we are fake or a death trap.
It will be difficult to convince you, but our testimony speaks for our good job.
We will strive to continue to improve on our work ethic and services, and with time we will get there.
For those who want free or cheap surgery, we are sorry to disappoint you because we can't offer such services, especially knowing fully well that good service is not cheap.
