How To Lose That Belly Pouch

Omotola obviously has it...but that's understandable for a woman with four children. But what about if you've never had children, have a slim body type and still have fat around your stomach area, what can you do to lose it?

Someone desperately wants to know...

am a mother of 3 and I had it after baby no 3 for a couple of months all giggly lol
I simply started exercising and toned up!
we need to incorporate more exercising into our lives
no 2 ways abut it shikena!!

if her pouch is that noticable then why does she freaking wear tight things

exactly she should wear tights. she looks like she's careless about her body.i mean she always destroys her clothes in movies and pictures with that stomach..doesn't she notice it?. look at toolz of beat fm who's bigger than omotola. she knows what to do to contain those unsightly fat rolls.omotola seems like someonee that doesn't know when she's doing something wrong e.g releasing two crappy albums. if uu try everything and u can't lose the pouch then wear body shapers. nobody is seeing u naked. but if u r too concerned and you've tried every exercise on the planet (u have to do jogging and cardio more than crunches). then good luck to u with ur tummy tuck...though i wouldn't recommend it.

Work-Out, Work-Out, Work-Out!!!
I have two kids and people don't believe I've ever been pregnant.
Our people are not disciplined when it comes to Exercising.
There is no Magic or Short-cut. Additionally, watch what you eat. Don't eat at wrong time (late).

yeah, our diet contains more carbohydrates but we need to reduce it and add more vegetables and fruits. Two, you cant escape exercises....you just have to work out even if its 30mins a day. 3. Omotola, ditch the body-hugging dresses

oh please when will these omotola being a mother of four stop being sold to us like it's a commodity?
Omotola most likely doesnt work out because every one keeps telling her she is sexy blah blah blah.
wether with children or not people have weight issues. the solution is commitment to work out routines and diets, get an expert fitness instructor if you can have one and be very disciplined about it period. and in the mean time, while you are on the journey to FLAT TOMMY dress right for your body

Working out does not work on my tummy. I've started drinking green tea and i can see it's reducing a bit. Bloating i reckon. Any other tips?

if she hates running then she should try walking long distances twice a day. its very good. then a quick way to notice a little bit of difference in three weeks is to eat a cocktail of fruits or vegetables in the morning and water as your breakfast.

it helps to free the bowels.

by the way.........if Omotola wants her WOBBLY BITS to be on display...who are we to say otherwise........she likes it that way.....i don't but she does so i guess she should enjoy it........maybe...whatever.

I think she should stop wearing all the penpele clothes like she is a size 2 or 4 for christ`s sake. She can still be sexy by covering her behind properly and stop leg showing because her thighs and legs are fat.

Seriously though, this is a small thing.....eat less starchy food and enjoy your life.

People are dying everyday from illness etc.

@chilling have you tried swimming?
thats one of the easiest way to work your abs trust me!
and then try avoiding gas-forming foods

@ loosing belly pouches
linda tell the person in question
to reduce her portions
I eat anything I want but at a reduced portion and it works great for me
eat lots of veggies/fruits as dessert instead of "minerals" lol

if u can STOP taking carbonated drinks entirely
and incorporate the right exercises for the tummy

crunches+ cardio+ lemon water (substitute drinking plain water for squeezed fresh lemon n water) + eating abt 50g of carbs daily + fruits + 40ml of 0% kefir daily = less "dramatic" tummy (improvements begin to show in 3 weeks- Am a living testimony)!

I find it hard to work out with out a workout video so get a workout video I recommend Davina or Jillian ...Davina is good for newcomers the Jillian ( very hardwork) own i only do in January after i have made xmas food my bedmate.
Or Use exercise videos on youtube i recommend charlene james for sculpting and Modern mom has a butt workout ( i absolutely love this one: works within a week.)
Do not eat after 8 pm...reduce sugar eat more vegatables and raw salad.
Eat beans like there is no tommorow( I fart alot too but privately..lol)
Eggs, drink lots of water
Great body na work oh

i believe that omotola pouch is still there after the body magic or body shaper, cos have seen her upclose and could tell that she was wearing body shaper,and the pouch still remains so my advise to her is to exercise cos the body magic aint working with her body!!!

and its suprisingly a very good dvd

and the ab exercises were very easy

the problem in Omotola's case is that she likes to wear all those tight, ill-fitting clothes which show off the worst of her figures (plus being called omosexy- well, sexy my ass)! Even some slim people have belly pouch that no amount of exercise can eradicate, so consider liposuction!

wear clothes that re loose around that bellyy..there re gypsys top they do now that really hides it... omotola is not the only woman on earth who has 4 kids,pls am bored of her being a mom .omoni oboli is a mom too.victoria beckham had three.let omotola simply forget about that name omosexy..and simply wear clothes that portrays her as a good married woman and role model to her kids

The easiest, surest and fastest way to get rid of that belly pouch by Omosexiest is to go for tummy tuck operation.

Linda, I have a personal problem which I want you to help me ask your blog readers. I am a guy, I have a flat tummy. How do I get pot belly? Nobody should ask me to take beer o, because the time i dey take beer no so the belly just remain flat.

Tummy toning is one of the hardest exercise and always very hard to tone and also to lose the fat is difficult but achievable. 1stly u have eliminate all carbs from ur diet and then do lots of cardio combine with abs exercises. food that helps burn the tummy fat are nuts, eggs, fish, beans, kiwis, apples, porridge i.e oats

I have had my little pouch even when I was a size four, it wouldn't go away even with all the exercise in the world and dieting. Sometimes, it just doesn't go away. Once I have all my children, I am getting the sucker removed by surgery, YEP I said it - SURGERY. Omotola, if the body magic isn't working along with the diet and/or work out then get rid of it the Hollywood way LOL.

Dont have a kid but had a pouch for a stomach but now....zero...looking at me, you will never believe that I was once a kangaroo...lol. I was weighing 85.5kg but now 67.5kg. YES! from size 16 to 10 (UK). I just took walks everyday....power walks for minimum of 1 hour, EVERY DAY!!! then ate more of protein and veggies and less carbs. Never deprived myself of cravings but when eating any of what I crave for, I just take a small chunk...at least i have tasted it.

btw....people saying eliminate all carbs? its NEVER good to eliminate carbs totally. just cut your intake to a very small amount. the body still needs carbs!

She need to quit d tight dresses, ini use to dress like that but she lost weight now. Do sit up four times a week for 15mins,cut down on alch and food, i see hw 9ja girls dey eat in events cos d food is free. Thats hw i lost my belly fat. i didn't want to loose my whole body doin cardo, i like my fat.

She should avoid wearing tight-fitted clothes! There are designs that take away people's attention from the pouch..no be by force! she wears girdle underneath,that is why the pouch looks firm, or else it would be wobbling when is walking or gather to a corner as she posed stylishly.
