Photos: Local govt chairman in Ekiti state and his workers drink beer inside his office to celebrate Makarfi's victory at the Supreme court
To celebrate the victory of PDP National chairman, Ahmed Makarfi, at the Supreme Court earlier today, the executive chairman of Ekiti South West Local Government, Olanrewaju Omolase and his workers, took their victory party to his office where they celebrated with cold bottles of beer. Some times i look back at Ekiti state and i feel sorry for the state. This local government chairman must be a school cert. holder or a fortunate Ond holder who manage to get into the seat by crook. A state where civil servant are not well paid and you see a local chairman celebrating his party craziness with alcohol. Nigeria is still back ward in deed.
Against the law? Do medical doctors drlnk alcohol in the hospital? Do judges drink alcohol in court? Only in Nigeria, a lawless nation where a lot of top shots shared public money for decades and pretended to work for it! Ole nation!
