i strongly believe this is caused by over-familiarity. Respect people, be nice to them......but show some level of firmness in humility and that also means saying NO polity when u need to,without feeling guilty.
One.People who disrespect others. Lack the sensitiveness of humbleness. Two. Their can afford the price of been humble or humility. Three. The real sense of been humble is to attract greatness from God and man. So, you can imaging one who thinks, his mistreating those who are humble.
He or she lacks all and many more that is mentioned above....

Because humility and loyalty is generally perceived as weakness save a few more enlightened and intelligent people who see it as an asset and treat it as things to have around them. But a bigger majority sees it as weakness because there's a bigger majority of bullies who like to prey on the weak in the world. And until you show them another side of you, they don't back off but keep bullying you.
Weak people do that, they only take fight to where there is no fight, they see your beeing humble as weakness, so they see it as an opportunity to oppress . the day u show them ur other side u will see how weak they truly are. when they see fight they run, but when they notice good and humble person, then their ego come out.
