Definitely not photoshop...but not Nigeria either. If you look closely at the number plate of the car that is partially in the picture, you will notice that the number plate is not the Nigerian design. Funny pix though...

i wonder what's going on there.The lady is even smiling..
it's obviously foto-shopped but not Naija. look closely, d guy's hand is a tad too far from her shirt to actually be dragging her. angle of hand's inclination is just wrong.
