She died peacefully in the arms of her two surviving children yesterday, on July 10, 2017 at her house in Palmgrove, Onipanu Lagos.
In 2014, her late son, Okusanya lost his life alongside his son, Tunji Jnr., in the Associated Airlines crash.
When the sad incident occurred, it was just about a month before Mama Okusanya clocked 91. She would have clocked 95 this November.
