Chidi Ahanotu: Ex NFL Player + 2008 Grammy Award winners

For all those who have been following my blog for a while now, you'll recall that sometime mid last year I did an article on Nigerians in the diaspora. There was a particular ex-NFL player I playfully asked if he was single; Chidi Ahanotu. Anyone remember?

This cute guy here...

Well, many months later, he contacted me with the good news...he's still very much single. Owch! lol. Unfortunately we are both not available, he would have made such a HOT boyfriend. Imagine hot me + hot Chidi = smoking hot...lol. Oh well, maybe in another lifetime.

Anyway, Chidi and I have become very good friends over the last couple of months and he's just the most wonderful guy.

He's 37 years old. Born and raised in the US. His father is Nigerian, from Imo State. His mum is African American. He played for the Tampa Bay Bucaneers, St. Louis Rams, Buffalo Bills, San Francisco 49ers, Miami Dolphins, before retiring in 2004.

Since retiring, Chidi has started his own sports management and entertainment outfit in Florida and Canada where he has homes.

He attended UC Berkeley, where he graduated in 1993. He's 6'2', has the loveliest smile, deep sexy voice, he's divorced with three lovely sons

Chidi hasn't been to Nigeria in 18 years, I want to see if I can bring him home this year to work on a project with us, hopefully that will happen.

Ain't he so cute? If I didn't have a thing for someone else, I would have gone after him myself. lol
Anyway, Chidi just started his own blog...see it here http://chidiahanotu.blogspot.com/.

Choose a cover

Ok, we are ready with our mag's 3rd edition...the only thing is; we can't seem to decide on a cover. I'm kind of feeling cover 1, but some people at work like cover 2. So I'm here seeking your opinion. What do think? What cover should we go for?

Cover 1

Cover 2

Oh by the way, FM&B is not strictly a fashion, modeling and beauty magazine anymore. We've incorporated lifestyle into it, mostly to expand our readership. So, in this next edition you'll find Love, relationship, parenting, gardening, decorations, travel, high profile interviews, events, inspirational stories, health, career, culture, general issues, jokes, puzzles etc. Basically everything that will guarantee you a good read.

Meanwhile, edition 2 is still selling. You can get it at Nu metro, Hair and Lidon pharmacy all on the Island. You can also find it @ Collectibles, Talk2me, Bobby's signature in Surulere. Opic plaza in Maryland, local and international airport and a few vendors here and there.

When I do eventually have enough money, I guarantee you this magazine will rock this continent...quote me...lol.

Ok, so what do you think? Which should we run with? And please tell us why.

BTW, that's Isio Wanogho on both covers. She's one of the top 5 models in Nigeria right now.

Naija Entertainment News

I promised you Naija Entertainment news yesterday...well, here it is! Plenty of it...Enjoy

Moji Obasanjo ready for libel battle
Let's start with the Moji/Gbenga scandal. According to Encomium magazine Moji finally made a comment about her divorce scandal to the press. They said on Thursdat Jan 31st 08, Moji told them via SMS "Everyone to his conscience..I am not talking to the press. Thank you very much for showing concern in this issue"

Now to the latest news...they say Moji's counsel, Kola Awodeyin, SAN, has written to Gbenga asking him to retract all he said within 7 days or risk being slammed with a suit. But unperturbed, Gbenga has been talking tough, threatening to expose more should he be pushed to the wall.

Sunny Okoson suffering from cancer of the colon
The younger brother of Ozzidi King, Charles Okosun, told the press that evangelist Sunny Okosun is suffering from cancer of the colon which he has been battling for sometime now but that hasn't deterred him from ministering as he is presently in the US mininstering in some churches.

Jazzman Olofin and Dare Art Alade quit Storm Records
Two popular Nigerian acts Jazzman Olofin and Dare Art Alade, who had for years pitched their tents with Storm Records, ahve called it quits in order to do things their own way. The two artistes and the management of Storm Records decided tp part ways when they couldn't arrive at a compromise. The artistes wanted the management to start work on the release of their next album, but the company decided otherwise on the excuse that they have to wait till they release the albums of other artistes on the label. This didn't go down well with the artiste and they made an offer to leave, which was accepted by the label.

Deola Sagoe opens ultra modern showroom
On Saturday Jan 26th 08, Deola Sagoe, one of Africa's best designers, officially opened her lifestyle boutique store at Plot 292f, Ajose Adeogun Street, V/Island, Lagos. Everyone who was anyone attended the event. More grease to her elbow.

This headline and story is either absurd or funny. Here it is...found in one of our local gossip mags.
D'Banj, Ruggedman, KC Presh deny engaging in fraudulent business.
'We don't do yahoo yahoo'
According to the mag...'The astonishing wealth which has become the major characteristic of most Nigerian hip hop artistes has been ascribed to internet fraud better known as yahoo-yahoo. Accoding to information at our disposal, the artistes who are allegedly into illegal practice have their own internet facilities and have their own guys who are instumental to the success of their illegitimate deals. The source further disclosed that most of these artistes have their agent in London, adding that they only hide under the umbrella of entertainment while making millions of naira through internet fraud.

The artistes react

KC Presh "That is not true. We don't have time. The problem is that some Nigerians are lazy and they think everybody is like them. Showbiz is big business anywhere in the world. A serious artiste can make clean money. We make money from album sales, shows and event packaging. We are not aware of hip hop artistes who have descended so low to abandon arts for internet fraud"

D Banj "It can't be true. Where is the time to do that? Besides all of you know DBanj is a very hardworking person. I am always busy and occupied with shows and you can imagine the millions I make from shows and they come regularly. I also get endorsements worth millions of naira, so how would I descend so low to the extent of engaging in internet fraud? I don't even have the time to check my mails, let alone browsing. So, it is a white lie"

Ruggedman "I don't know anything about that my brother"

Shan George launches music album
Actress, Shan George, has fixed her album launch for Sunday Feb 17th 08 at the Niteshift Coliseum, Opebi, Ikeja. Her album parades 7 tracks and all songs are in her Ediba Cross River dialect. That's not nice Shan. What about those who don't understand your language. You should have had at least one song in English. Anyway, Good luck with that.

Naija Entertainment news

I'm going to start this news on a sad note.
Fast rising comedian, Chibuzo Ajoku, popularly known as Abagana is dead. He died on Thursday January 24th 2008 at a hospital in Gbagada. He reportedly died a day to his 32nd birthday from complications arising from a heart probelm, leaving behind a wife and a daughter. May his soul rest in peace.

From sad we go to very annoying. Now, I am going to write it exactly the way Encomium magazine columnist Stella Dimoko Korkus wrote it in this week's Encomium.

Crooner 2face and his multiple expectations
According to olofofos, the women lined up in his life to birth his second set of children will soon bring to bed their babies. 'Sumbo is about 7 months gone, and Pero is following with hers, which is five months gone. Following behind Pero is Annie Macauley who is about three and a half months pregnant'. These olofofos whispered that Annie has been telling close friends that Pero has been harrassing and threatening her to get out of 2face's life. This memo seeks to beg these women to live in peace and tolerate one another as the crooner has not yet made his choice about who will be his wife. Pls anyone who knows 2face and thinks he should stop this child breeding craze should get him a pack of condoms or advise him to go for castration.
As written by Stella Dimoko Korkus

When I read this, for a split second I felt ashamed to be a woman. Alot of people are condemning 2face, but what about the women in question? Why are they letting themselves be used in such a degrading manner? Don't we have any pride? I think there should be a limit to how much we let men cheapen us. So instead of saying shame to Tuface, I will say shame to these women...(If they trully are pregnant again). I don't want to believe this, but if Annie is also pregnant, then the biggest shame on her!

Moving on to other 2face news. Here's another story on him

2face storms Legato Niteclub
Gifted singer Tuface Idibia was at Legato Niteclub on Wed 23rd January 2008. He stormed the hangout in agray Range Rover and had two 'handbags' with him. Interestingly none looked like Pero Adeniyi or Annie Macauley, who are alleged to be carrying his babies at the moment. Lest I forget, the people at Society For Family Health and Gold Circle Condom should get another face for their advert. 2face with what is currently going on has proven himself a bad material for that campaign.
As written by Azuh Arinze of Encomium.

It must be grand being 2face Idibia. Women right, left and center. Instead of condemning his actions, I feel sorry for him. Maybe he's just looking for true love (Note the sarcasm?). Hope he finds it.

To other news...

Obasanjo begs Onabanjo
According to gossip mags, a close source to former president Obasanjo reached out to his bitter in-law Otunba Alex Onabanjo, begging him to forgive his son for his ear-deafening allegations. They say Obasanjo told Onabanjo that 'Gbenga has cursed himself by taking the action he took. He thanked the man for all his understanding so far as well as the matured way he's handled the mess, especially by not uttering a word ever since the scandal broke.

Meanwhile, Olumide Ogunlesi, the other guy who was mentioned by Gbenga in his petition, is supposedly now having problems in his marriage since his name was splashed in all the gossip mag. I hear his wife of six months isn't finding it funny...

Rasaq Okoya, Shade jet out for honeymoon.
Billionnaire Rasaq Okoya and his youngest wife Shade, who officiallised their union this January after 4 children, are off to Brazil. Okoya is 69, Shade 31.

Yahoozee crooner, Olu Maintain returns Hummer Jeep to dealer
Two weeks back, Olu took delivery of two poerful automobiles; a Chrysler and a Hummer, whic amazed a lot of people. The news now is that he has returned the Hummer, because the vehicle was not paid for in cash. He had an agreement with his bank to be paying the money through his shares and now it dawned on him that it is an elephant project and has since returned the Hummer to the dealer.

Ikechukwu and D banj duet video out soon
Having perfomed together at so many shows, the song, 'Wine am well', has turned to an anthem and Storm Records has just shot the video for the song. The video will be out in a couple of days, so look out for that.

Let's talk about sports...
What do you think of the Super Eagles performance so far in this year's African Nation Cup tournament? Who do you blame for our poor performance. The players or the coach?

Finally, if you're a graduate awaiting result or a corper interested in being a sales staff promoting a new energy drink called 'Long Horn', then go to Neimeth Int Pharm. I, Henry Carr street, off Oba Akran, Ikeja. Ask for Mr Onochie...from me via Mr Ernie Onwumere. Goodluck.

Oh, by the way, these are Denrele Edun's sisters, Ronke Edun, 19 (on the left) and Jumoke Edun 17 (on the right)...cute girls huh?

Ok, I'm done. Over to you! I'm particularly interested in knowing what you think of the women carrying 2face's unborn children...

Ciao!

Election anullment in Nigeria + English

Hope y'all had a great weekend?

I was going to give you entertainment news but didnt have enough news, hopefully I'll be able to give you that tomorrow, so for now let's do politics...and here's my question!

So far almost 8 States (if I'm right) in Nigeria have had their governorship election annulled by a court since the election in April 2007. There's Enugu, Kogi, Imo, Adamawa etc. The elections were said to be annulled on the grounds of gross electoral malpractice and non-compliance with the Electoral Act.

I hear more states will be annuled before the year runs out

What does that say for the electoral process in Nigeria and INEC in particular?
Who has an opinion on this?

Who has an opinion on this too...Pastor Chris Okotie of Household of God Church, recently bought a N10million brand new Mercedes Benz car for his finacee, Stephanie Henshaw...and told other men to emulate him?
I don't know what I think about that? What do you think?

Official 2008 Calendar. Click to see larger image

English
This is too good not to pass along. This is well worth the read - no wonder we have so many people having difficulty with english language! Very clever...

You Think English is Easy???

Can you read these right the first time?

1) The bandage was wound around the wound.

2) The farm was used to produce produce.

3) The dump was so full that it had to refuse more refuse.

4) We must polish the Polish furniture.

5) He could lead if he would get the lead out.

6) The soldier decided to desert his dessert in the desert.

7) Since there is no time like the present, he thought it was time to present the present.

8) A bass was painted on the head of the bass drum.

9) When shot at, the dove dove into the bushes.

10) I did not object to the object.

11) The insurance was invalid for the invalid.

12) There was a row among the oarsmen about how to row.

13) They were too close to the door to close it.

14) The buck does funny things when the does are present.

15) A seamstress and a sewer fell down into a sewer line.

16) To help with planting, the farmer taught his sow to sow.

17) The wind was too strong to wind the sail.

18) Upon seeing the tear in the painting I shed a tear.

19) I had to subject the subject to a series of tests.

20) How can I intimate this to my most intimate friend?

Let's face it - English is a crazy language

There is no egg in eggplant, nor ham in hamburger; neither apple nor pine in pineapple.

English muffins weren't invented in England or French fries in France .

Sweetmeats are candies while sweetbreads, which aren't sweet, are meat.

We take English for granted. But if we explore its paradoxes, we find that quicksand can work slowly, boxing rings are square and a guinea pig is neither from Guinea nor is it a pig .

And why is it that writers write but fingers don't fing, grocers don't groce and hammers don't ham?

If the plural of tooth is teeth, why isn't the plural of booth, beeth? One goose, 2 geese. So one moose, 2 meese? One index, 2 indices?

Doesn't it seem crazy that you can make amends but not one amend?

If you have a bunch of odds and ends and get rid of all but one of them, what do you call it ? If teachers taught, why didn't preachers praught?

If a vegetarian eats vegetables, what does a humanitarian eat? Sometimes I think all the English speakers should be committed to an asylum for the verbally insane.

In what language do people recite at a play and play at a recital? Ship by truck and send cargo by ship?

Have noses that run and feet that smell ?

How can a slim chance and a fat chance be the same, while a wise man and a wise guy are opposites?

You have to marvel at the unique lunacy of a language in which your house can burn up as it burns down, in which you fill in a form by f illing it out and in which, an alarm goes off by going on .

English was invented by people, not computers, and it reflects the creativity of the human race, which, of course, is not a race at all. That is why, when the stars are out, they are visible, but when the lights are out, they are invisible.

PS. - Why doesn't "Buick" rhyme with "quick?"

You lovers of the English language might enjoy this. There is a two-letter word that perhaps has more meanings than any other two-letter word, and that is "UP."

It's easy to understand UP , meaning toward the sky or at the top of the list, but when we awaken in the morning, why do we wake UP ?

At a meeting, why does a topic come UP ?

Why do we speak UP and why are the officers UP for election and why is it UP to the secretary to write UP a report ?

We call UP our friends. And we use it to brighten UP a room, polish UP the silver, we warm UP the leftovers and clean UP the kitchen.

We lock UP the house and some guys fix UP the old car.

At other times the little word has real special meaning. People stir UP trouble, line UP for tickets, work UP an appetite, and think UP excuses.

To be dressed is one thing but to be dressed UP is special .

And this UP is confusing: A drain must be opened UP because it is stopped UP .. We open UP a store in the morning but we close it UP at night.

We seem to be pretty mixed UP about UP ! To be knowledgeable about the proper uses of UP , look the word UP in the dictionary.

In a desk-sized dictionary, it takes UP almost 1/4th of the page and can add UP to about thirty definitions.

If you are UP to it, you might try building UP a list of the many ways UP is used. It will take UP a lot of your time, but if you don't give UP , you may wind UP with a hundred or more.

When it threatens to rain, we say it is clouding UP When the sun comes out we say it is clearing UP. When it rains, it wets the earth and often messes things UP; When it doesn't rain for awhile, things dry UP .. One could go on and on, but I'll wrap it UP , for now my time is UP.

See y'all later. Wink!

Moji's court documents/demands + Naija Entertainment News

Let me start with the moji/Gbenga divorce mess. Before you say it's not my or our business, please understand that these couple want people to hear their story, otherwise, how did the softsell mags get hold of their court documents? Moji's court documents have now been made public and can be found in most softsell mags in Naija. Encomium magazine has full details of whats happening in the messy divorce drama which is pending at the Lagos High Court, Ikeja division.

What I am doing here is just reproducing what's going on in that court according to Encomium Magazine.

Here we go
Moji is also speaking out. According to Gbenga's wife of 7 years, Gbenga earns N500million per annum. She said Gbenga got contracts worth millions of naira from the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation NNPC and the Niger Delta Development Commission NDDC, while his father was president. Mr. Timi Alaibe, the NDDC boss has however since exonarated his agency from the claim, insisting that NDDC never awarded Gbenga any contract.

From Moji's court documents
The petitioner earns from commissions paid to him as an agent to a construction company with various construction contract.
The petitioner owns a substantial shares in an oil and trading company, Linetrade Company Ltd, a company engaged in importing, selling and supplying and marketing petroleum products.
The petitioner collects oil allocations from NNPC
The petitioner receives payments from Health Aids Support Services, an HIV consulting firm.
The petitioner receives commission for brokeing different deals on behalf of foreign comapnies and earns a sizable commission therefrom
The petitioner has a substantial investment in some oil blocks
The petitioner received received commission for the supply of 800 vehicles to Ogun State
Etc etc...

Moji claims Gbenga has
A land in Maitama Abuja
Land in Banana Island Ikoyi
Land in Lekki Phase 1
Land in Abeokuta
A house in GRA, Ikeja
A Peugeot 607, Landcruiser 2006 model, Kia Opirus...etc, etc.

Moji's demands
Moji wants Gbenga to part with N54 million for her maintenance and that of her two children till they step into adulthood.
Two cars for them and a chauffeur to be taken care of by him
An order that the family house on No 8, Ladipo Bateye Street, GRA, Ikeja, Lagos be be be left for her or in the alternative, that Gbenga should be ordered to pay her N50 million for her purchase of another decent house for her and her children as well as make adequate financial arrangement for the provision of security for the two children, being the grandchildren of an ex-president.
She also wants a monthly payment of N300, 000 for a period of 15 years, lump sum of $360, 000 or it's naira equivalent and $400, 000 or its naira equivalent for the education of the two children in Switzerland, which is already being picked by Gbenga and this will cover a period of six years each.
The former will take care of their secondary education and the latter their University education in America.

The lovebirds
Gbenga and Moji met at a mutual friend's house in the US in 1995. They got married on Saturday April 20th 2000 in a high society wedding that was graced by the who is who of the Nigerian society. They say the marriage began to disintegrate afterwards, culminating in Moji leaving her matrimonial home for over a year in 2004. Now...well we all know the story.

Love is weird ain't it? One minute you're so happy and pledging to spend the rest of your lives together for better or worse, the next minute you're arch enemies trying to destroy each other.

Isn't that so sad?

Hopefully, we will all learn a thing or two from this sad tale of love gone bad...

What do you guys think of Moji's demands?

Gbenga Obasanjo vs Moji Obasanjo

Let me start by saying RIP to hollywood actor and Brokeback Mountain star, Heath Ledger, who was found dead in his apartment yesterday January 22nd 2008 by his housekeeper.
He was 28 and left behind a daughter, Matilda. They are thinking it's drug overdose...sad way to go.

Also to actor, Brad Renfro who was also found dead in his apartment two weeks ago. He's the child actor in the John Grisham movie 'The Client'. Brad was 25. His death also had to do with drug overdose.

Hollywood and drugs...lethal combination!

Now coming down to Naija and the biggest scandal rocking the scene at the moment. I have been hearing bits and pieces of the story but never really knew what was going on until I read the story in all the leading softsell magazines in Nigeria this week.

Gbenga Obasanjo is accusing his father-in-law of sleeping with his own daughter, his own father of sleeping with his wife and his wife, Moji, of adultery with not only his father but other men.

This is crazy and the story is everywhere...the couple obviously want the world to hear their story so let’s help them spread the word.

According to Encomium magazine of this week, 22nd of January, this is Gbenga Obasanjo’s court papers: Unedited. Signed by Emankhu Addeh and Associates, legal practitioners for the petitioner (Gbenga)
It's a 1-50 page document, but I will only replay some parts of the document I personally find shocking.
Here it is...
Gebnga Obasanjo's unedited court documents...
7. The petitioner avers that he has always met all the needs of the children of the marriage despite always having doubts about their actual paternity.

8. The petitioner avers that the respondent confided in him severally while they were living together that she had been sexually abused and defiled by her father , Otunba Alex Onabanjo on several occasions.

9. The petitioner avers that it was his bid to forcefully put an end to this ignoble acts on the part of his father-in-law, Otunba Alex Onabanjo, that led to the total breakdown of relations between himself and Otunba Onabanjo
10. The petitioner further avers that he knows for a fact that the respondent committed adultery with and had an intimate, sexual relationship with his own father, General Olusegun Obasanjo.
11. The petitioner avers that the respondent also got rewarded for her adulterous acts with several oil contracts with the NNPC from his father, General Obasanjo, amongst which was the NNPC consultancy training in supply chain management awarded to her company Bowen and Brown.
12. The petitioner avers that the lurid sexual relationship of the respondent with her own father, Otunba Onabanjo and his father, General Obasanjo, has brought him great pain and psychological trauma and is the primary reason for the breakdown of his marriage to the respondent.
13. The petitioner also avers that the respondent while married to hi was also committing adultery with one Mr. Olumide Ogunlesi.
15. The petitioner avers that it is now necessary for a court ordered DNA test to be carried out on both himself, Otunba Onabanjo and General Obasanjo by a competent independent medical laboratory chosen by the court, in order to ascertain the actual paternity of the children of the marriage as the continued uncertainty about their actual paternity is making his life a misery.
16. The petitioner avers that the actual father of the children of the marriage will be found amongst himself, Otunba Alex Onabanjo and General Obasanjo.
Gbenga went on and on and on...but let me stop here.

I have read alot of scary things but this is by far the scariest. This accusations are very deep and damaging, but before I ask what you think let me tell you what I think. It's either of two things.
Gbenga is either dellusional or he knows what he's talking about. Is there another catch?
But even if his wife did all those things he claims she did, is it appropriate to tell the whole world about it? How did the gossip mags get hold of their court papers?
What do you guys think?

The Black man vs the White man

No one should take this personal o...let's just be objective

Here's the question...

Is the black man genetically inferior to the white man? Are we less intelligent?

I heard an argument yesterday that blew me away...so I'm bringing the discussion here.

At least we don't go around killing people for nothing...how dumb is that?

What do do you guys think?

Why do bad things happen to good people? + Gbenga and Becky!

Hope y'all had a great weekend? Mine was going very well until I went to visit a sick relation yesterday, then everything kinda went downhill from that point.

Sometime last year, I wrote about going to visit a sick relation who had cerebral malaria. Well, she got out of the hospital after almost three months there and hasn't gotten better since moving back home.

Let me tell about this woman. She's very beautiful. Graduated from the university 14 years ago, has a masters degree in English Language. She's the kindest person you'll ever met. Nice to a fault. We lived in the same building with her family for almost ten years. And when we were much younger, she used to take care of us when our parents were not around. Of everyone in her family, she's the one we are closest to and love greatly.

In the early 90's, she dated some guy very seriously. We all knew him, called him uncle and thought the relationship would end in marriage...but it never did.

She's a beautiful person, I just don't have the right words to describe her to you guys, just know that she's as good as good can be.

My younger sisters went to visit her last week and told me her health was deteriorating instead of getting better, so yesterday I went to see her.

And I shed tears. She can't talk audibly. She can't move her left shoulder and arm, her eyeballs keep darting from one place to the other, never steady, her skin has turned black, she can't eat without the help of someone else, sitting up straight is painful for her.

She's 37, no husband, no kid, no boyfriend, no job (her employers sacked her after missing work for 6months), she lives at home with her parents and on top of it all, she's in so much pain, sometimes she begs to die.

When I saw her yesterday, I shed an ocean of tears, then I questioned God. Of all the people this could happen to...why her? Why such a good person who has the most beautiful heart? What happened to all her prayers of a good life? What did she do wrong? Why her?

Have you ever asked yourself that question? Why me? Why is it just misfortune that's following me? Everyone else has it good, why can't I?

Have you ever felt like you deserve much more than life is dishing out to you? You can't seem to find the good life you've prayed and worked hard for?

You know you're a good person but nothing good seems to be coming your way...

At a point in my life I felt that way. I've lived a decent life. I know it's hard to believe. I don't look it and my profession doesn't say it, but morally, I have been good and I always thought there was a reward for being good, but then I find myself in my first relationship and got what I got. I used to ask God why me? Why would you give me this? You don't think I deserve better? After living my life the way I've lived it, is this what I get?

It puzzles me, and I still want to understand the way life works. There was a girl in school back then who slept with different men every night for money...she was the queen of sluts...and had no apologies for trading her body for material things...I used to think God will punish her in his own time...

oh he punished her alright...with a nice comfortable husband and two lovely kids.

Some of us 'good' ones still live in our fathers' house... lol. Ain't that sad?

That's life right?

Good man...bad woman
Good woman...bad man
Hard work...no pay
Talent...no help
Would never lift a finger to hurt a fly...someone kills you
Make one wrong decision and your life changes forever...
Make one mistake and you pay for a lifetime...
...and there are people who get away with it...all the time.
Great person, no good luck etc

Why does it happen that way? Why can't good things at least happen to good people and bad things maybe happens to bad people?

Is there a reward for being good?

Gbenga and Becky
On a lighter note, here's a Nigerian by the name Gbenga and his woman, Becky.
This one na Visa by force or by fire...

Smoking...is not good for your health

Women Strike Back
One day my housework-challenged husband decided to wash his Sweat-shirt seconds after he stepped into the laundry room, he shouted to me, "What setting do I use on the washing machine?"
"It depends," I replied. "What does it say on your shirt?"
He yelled back, "University of Oklahoma."
And they say blondes are dumb...

A couple is lying in bed. The man says, "I am going to make you the happiest woman in the world."
The woman replies, "I'll miss you..."

"It's just too hot to wear clothes today," Jack says as he stepped out of the shower, "honey, what do you think the neighbours would think if I mowed the lawn like this?"
"Probably that I married you for your money," she replied.

Q: What do you call an intelligent, good looking, sensitive man?
A: A rumour.

Dear Lord, I pray for Wisdom to understand my man; Love to forgive him; And Patience for his moods. Because, Lord, if I pray for Strength, I'll beat him to death.
AMEN

Q: Why do little boys whine?
A: They are practicing to be men.

Q: What does it mean when a man is in your bed gasping for breath and calling your name?
A: You did not hold the pillow down long enough.

Q: How do you keep your husband from reading your e-mail?
A: Rename the mail folder "Instruction Manual."
